Event production
Promoter and producer: we don't just announce the event, we build it.
End-to-end production
From the first idea to the last light out
Producing an event means making hundreds of decisions in the right order: which venue suits the capacity, which permits are needed and how far ahead, what the stage requires, when to open ticket sales, how the audience gets in and out. At 2M GROUP we have been making those decisions for more than 15 years, for concerts, festivals and club nights of every size. We take on the whole project or just the parts you need, with a single production manager coordinating every team. You keep control of the key decisions; we make sure everything arrives on time and works on the night.

What's included
Everything it takes for the event to happen
These are the areas we cover in a full production. You can hand us all of them or just a few; either way they are coordinated by the same team.
Concept and line-up
Together we define the format, the target audience, the date and the line-up. We start from what you want to achieve (fill a venue, launch a brand, celebrate an anniversary) and turn it into a production plan with a timeline and a budget.
Venue and logistics
We help you choose the right space for the capacity, location, schedule and technical conditions, and negotiate with the owner. We plan load-in and load-out, build, dressing rooms, storage and get-out times.
Licences and permits
We prepare the paperwork required by the town council and the regional government for each type of show: licences, safety plan, public liability insurance and notifications to the emergency services.
Technical production
Sound, lighting, screens, stage, structures and power, sized for the venue and the capacity. We coordinate the artists' riders and soundcheck schedules so every performance sounds and looks the way it should.
Artists
We add the artists and DJs the event needs to the line-up, negotiating with their agencies and handling contracts, riders, travel, accommodation and hospitality. We represent no one, so we choose with your audience in mind.
Ticketing
We set up sales on the most suitable ticketing platform: ticket types, price tiers, guest lists and access control. We track sales daily so the promotion can be adjusted when needed.
Promotion and communication
We design the event's identity and campaign: poster, social media assets, targeted ads, press releases and activity with media and partners. Every phase of the campaign has a measurable sales goal.
Security and access
Capacity control, private security, entrances, cloakroom, medical services and coordination with local police and civil protection. We design entry and exit flows so the audience moves smoothly.
Show management and wrap-up
On the day, a production manager runs the build, soundchecks, doors, running order and get-out. Afterwards we settle accounts with suppliers and hand you a report with figures, incidents and lessons learned.
How we work
We think like promoters because we are promoters too
We have been producing our own events since 2010, taking the risk on every line-up and every venue. That has taught us to control the budget line by line, never to leave for the last minute what can be solved weeks ahead, and to look at every decision from the audience's side. We have produced in very different venues: major arenas such as Movistar Arena, Navarra Arena, Bilbao Arena and Coliseum A Coruña; clubs such as La Riviera, LAB theClub and Sala Groove; bullrings such as those in Alcalá de Henares, Colmenar Viejo and Alicante; and one-off spaces such as Autocine Madrid RACE. Each one has its own rules, and we know them. We work with our own technical kit and with trusted suppliers we have been collaborating with for years, which lets us react quickly when something changes.

The process
How an event gets produced with us
Five stages, from the first conversation to the final report.
01
Brief and feasibility
You tell us the idea, the date, the place and a reference budget. We look at the technical, legal and financial feasibility and tell you frankly what is realistic and what isn't.
02
Proposal and budget
We send you a proposal with the event concept, the production timeline and a budget broken down item by item. We fine-tune it with you until it fits.
03
Pre-production
We lock in the venue, artists and suppliers, apply for permits, prepare plans, riders and the safety plan, and launch ticket sales and the campaign. You get regular progress updates.
04
Build and show
Our team runs the build, sound and lighting checks, doors and the whole night, with a production manager reachable at all times.
05
Get-out and report
We strike the set, hand back the venue as agreed, settle with suppliers and present a report with figures, incidents and suggestions for the next edition.

FAQ
Can you produce just part of the event?
Yes. Many clients hire us only for technical production, the artistic side or operations on the day. All we need to know is who coordinates the rest, so there are no gaps between suppliers.
How far ahead should we start?
It depends on the size. A club night can be prepared in a few weeks; a festival or a concert in a major venue needs months, because artists, venues and permits are booked well in advance. The sooner we talk, the more options you'll have.
Do you handle permits and licences?
Yes. We prepare and file the paperwork each authority requires for the type of show and venue: licences, safety plan, insurance and notifications to the emergency services. Lead times vary by town, so it pays to start early.
Do you work outside Madrid?
Yes. We are based in Madrid, but we have produced in Pamplona, Bilbao, A Coruña, Zaragoza, Valladolid and Alicante, among other cities. We travel with the team we need and work with local suppliers when it makes sense.
Who handles ticketing?
We can set it up on the ticketing platform that fits best, or work with the one you already use. Either way you get access to the sales data and regular tracking.
How is the budget worked out?
Item by item: venue, technical, artists, staff, security, promotion, insurance and production. Every event is different, so we don't use fixed rates: we send a tailored proposal once we understand the project.
What if it rains or something unexpected happens?
For open-air events we plan alternatives from the start: covers, flexible timings or a back-up space if there is one. And the safety plan sets out how to respond to any incident during the event.
What do you need to send me a proposal?
Possible dates, the city or venue if you have one, expected capacity, type of event and a reference budget. With that we can give you a first answer and suggest the next steps.
