Visual and technical production
Graphic design, social media, screen content and lighting: the technical sheet of what we put on stage.
Visual and technical production
What you see, hear and feel
Besides programming and producing, 2M GROUP develops the visual and technical side of every event: sound, lighting, screens and their content, stage design, graphic identity, the social media campaign, and the photos and video that tell the story afterwards. One team coordinates every piece so that the poster, the screen visuals and the light cues tell the same story. You can hire each area on its own or as part of the full event production, in clubs, arenas or open-air venues.

What we do
Nine areas, one team
Each area can be hired on its own or as part of the full event production.
Sound
Design and sizing of the sound system for the venue and capacity: main PA, delays and fills, monitors and DJ booth. Sound engineers during the build, soundchecks and show, with level control in line with local rules.
Lighting
Lighting design tailored to the stage and the music: moving heads, lasers, strobes, effects and venue ambience. We programme the scenes and an operator runs the lights live, in time with every set.
LED screens and content
Stage and side screens with content created for each event: visuals, artist idents, sponsors, countdowns and messages. We deliver the files in the format and resolution of every screen.
Stage design
Set design, structures, DJ booth and staging designed so the stage is recognisable in a single photo. We integrate screens, lights and decorative elements with the venue's plans and constraints.
Special effects
CO2, confetti, haze, flame effects and performers, always with licensed companies and within what the venue and the safety plan allow.
Graphic design
Identity for the event and each edition: logo, poster, line-up and adaptations. Print pieces (banners, photocall, vinyls, passes, wristbands) and digital ones (web, ticketing, email and social), with a shared style guide.
Social media
Phased communication plan (announcement, on sale, countdown, live and recap), creatives for feed, stories and reels, live coverage on the day and paid campaigns measured against ticket sales.
Photography
Photographers on the floor, in the booth and on stage to capture the audience, the artists and the production. We deliver an edited selection for web, social media and press in the days after the event.
Video and aftermovie
Filming during the event, short clips for social media in the following hours and an aftermovie that sums up the night and helps sell the next edition.
How we work
Technical design from the dance floor up
We design the technical set-up knowing what happens on the other side of the stage, because we have been producing our own events for more than 15 years. Before proposing any kit, we study the venue, the capacity, the music, the artists' riders and what the lights and screens need to say. Everything starts from a single visual concept: the poster's identity carries over to the screens, the lighting and social media, and the footage we shoot during the event feeds the campaign for the next edition. That is how a recognisable event brand is built, as we have done with our own brands such as Techno House Festival, Noventeros and Blackworks. We deliver plans, equipment lists and build schedules in advance, and a technical manager coordinates every team during the event.

The process
From site visit to aftermovie
Five stages to get the visual and technical side ready for the big day.
01
Site visit and brief
We survey the venue (dimensions, load limits, rigging points, power supply) and review the event's artistic and brand approach.
02
Design and proposal
We present the stage, lighting, sound and screen design with plans and visual references, plus the timeline for the graphic and social media campaign, with a budget per area.
03
Content production
We design the poster and its adaptations, launch the social media campaign and prepare the screen visuals and lighting programming.
04
Build and show
Build, technical checks and rehearsal of the key moments. During the event, sound, lighting and video operators at the desk, plus photo and video coverage.
05
Recap and delivery
We deliver edited photos, social media clips and the aftermovie, plus a report on campaign results to plan the next edition.
Staging
Screens, stages and lights
Real photos of events produced by 2M GROUP, such as Techno House Festival and 10 Años de Música.
FAQ
Can I hire just sound and lighting?
Yes. Each area (sound, lighting, screens, graphic design, social media, photo and video) can be hired separately. If you already have a production company, we work alongside them.
Do you use your own equipment?
We work with our own technical kit and with trusted suppliers we have been collaborating with for years. In each case we choose what best fits the venue, the capacity and the budget.
What do you need to prepare a technical proposal?
The venue (or its plans and dimensions), the date, capacity, type of event and the artists' riders if already confirmed. If the venue has in-house kit, send us the list and we'll propose only what's missing.
Do you create the screen content?
Yes. We design visuals, artist idents, sponsor pieces and messages in the format and resolution of each screen, based on the event's graphic identity.
In what formats do you deliver the graphic design?
Poster and line-up in print versions (A3, A2, A1, custom banners and photocall) and digital ones; social media assets in 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16; web and ticketing banners, and a style guide with logo, typefaces and colours.
When are the photos and aftermovie delivered?
A selection of photos and short social clips in the days after the event, and the aftermovie later, once edited. Exact deadlines are set in the proposal.
Do you run paid social media campaigns?
Yes. We plan and launch targeted campaigns, track them against ticket sales and hand you a final report with the results.
Can you use CO2, confetti or flame effects?
Yes, as long as the venue allows it and always with licensed companies. We include them in the safety plan and the event's security planning.
Need visual production for your event?
Tell us the venue, date and capacity and we'll prepare a technical proposal.
