Hiring artists for your event

If you want a specific artist at your event, we build them into the production. We are an event promoter and producer, not a booking agency.

Artists for your event

The artist you want, inside a production that works

Looking for a specific artist for your festival, party or corporate event? At 2M GROUP we bring them into your event and take care of everything their performance needs: negotiation with their agency or manager, contract, technical rider, travel, accommodation, dressing rooms and hospitality. Let's be clear from the start: we are an event production company, not a booking agency, and we don't represent any artist. We hire artists for the events we produce or organise, just as we have done for our own brands since 2010. That's why we don't offer a closed roster: we look for the artist who fits your audience and your budget.

What's included

Everything around a performance

Booking the artist is only the start. These are the pieces we coordinate so the performance goes the way it should.

Search and proposal

You tell us the type of event, the audience and the budget, and we suggest options: the artist you have in mind or alternatives that better fit the date and capacity. We explain what each one involves.

Negotiation with the agency

We contact the artist's agency or manager, confirm availability and negotiate the fee, terms and set length. You don't have to deal with several middlemen.

Contracts and terms

We review the performance contract, payment schedule, cancellation clauses and image and recording rights, so there are no surprises before or after the event.

Technical rider

We study the artist's rider and check it against the available kit. If anything is missing, we cover it with our own equipment or trusted suppliers, and coordinate soundchecks and timings.

Travel and accommodation

We organise travel, hotels, venue transfers and arrival times for the artist and their crew, with someone looking after them from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Dressing rooms and hospitality

We prepare dressing rooms, catering and everything the hospitality rider asks for. A well-looked-after artist walks on stage relaxed, and it shows in the performance.

Security and access

Private entrances, passes, security on stage and backstage, and coordination with the artist's team for their arrival at and departure from the venue.

Promoting the performance

We obtain the approved promotional materials (photos, logos, videos) from the agency and build the artist into the event campaign, respecting their image guidelines.

Every style

Remember, techno, trance, house and hardstyle DJs, Spanish pop bands and solo artists from the 80s and 90s, international acts, comedians and shows. If the artist is available, we'll go for it.

Producers, not an agency

Why book through a production company

A booking agency works for its artists. We work for the event. That means we have no interest in pushing one artist over another: we suggest what best fits your audience, your space and your budget, and we tell you frankly when a fee isn't worth it. Besides, booking the artist is only one part. Whether the performance goes well depends on the stage, the sound, the timings, the security and a thousand logistical details. Because we produce the event, all of that is already included and coordinated by the same team. Since 2010 we have brought Spanish and international artists and leading electronic music DJs to our stages, in clubs, arenas and open-air festivals.

The process

From enquiry to performance

Five steps to get the artist on your stage without surprises.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Artist or style, date, city, type of event, capacity and approximate budget. If the event doesn't have a production team yet, we can take that on too.

  2. 02

    Availability and proposal

We check availability and terms with the artist's agency and send you a proposal with the total cost: fee, technical, logistics and production.

  3. 03

    Booking

Once you approve, we sign the contract with the agency, set payments and terms, and receive the technical and hospitality riders.

  4. 04

    Preparation

We adapt the stage and kit to the rider, organise travel and accommodation, set soundcheck and show times, and build the artist into the promotion.

  5. 05

    Show day

We welcome the artist, run the soundcheck and the show, and make sure everything agreed is delivered, from the dressing room to leaving the venue.

FAQ

Are you any artist's agency?

No. 2M GROUP is an event production company and doesn't represent any artist. We hire artists for the events we produce or organise, always dealing with their official agency or manager.

Can you bring an artist to an event you're not producing?

Our job is producing: we bring artists into events where we take on all or part of the production (technical, stage, artist logistics). That way we can answer for the performance going well. Tell us about your case and we'll see how it fits.

How much does it cost to book an artist?

The fee is set by each artist or their agency and varies with the date, city, type of event and set length. Technical, travel, accommodation and hospitality are added on top. We give you a total cost before anything is confirmed.

How far ahead should we book?

The most in-demand artists book up months ahead, especially in summer and at Christmas. The sooner you write to us, the better the chance of getting the artist and date you want.

What is a rider and who covers it?

The rider is the artist's list of technical and hospitality requirements: sound equipment, DJ booth, lighting, dressing room, catering. We review it at the start and include its cost in the proposal, so no extra costs appear later.

Do you book artists for private and corporate events?

Yes: company parties, gala dinners, private celebrations and brand events, always as part of a production we take on. Some artists have specific terms for private events; we explain them when you enquire.

What happens if the artist cancels?

Cancellation terms are set out in the contract with the agency. If it happens, we look for a similar alternative as quickly as possible and explain the options before any decision is made.

Which artists have you booked before?

Artists such as Ana Torroja, Vicky Larraz, Boney M., Sabrina, Samantha Fox, La Unión, Modestia Aparte, Seguridad Social and Carlos Latre, plus leading remember, techno and trance DJs. You can see many of them in the artists section.

Tell us which artist you need

Tell us the artist or style, date, city, type of event and capacity. We'll check availability and reply with a proposal.

We do not handle ticket queries. If you bought a ticket and have an issue (changes, refunds, delivery or access), contact the platform or point of sale where you bought it directly. This form does not provide technical or ticketing support.
