At 2M GROUP we bring more than 15 years of producing for thousands of people to private events: planning, technical, artists and flawless delivery. We adapt to the size and tone of every brief, from a dinner for your team to a brand event with a stage, screens and live acts. We find the venue, design the experience and coordinate every supplier, so all you have to think about is your guests.

Company parties
End-of-season parties, company anniversaries and team celebrations. We design a format that makes your people feel part of something: music, entertainment and a polished production.
Gala dinners
Dinners with staging, ambient lighting, sound for speeches and award ceremonies, live acts and, if you like, an after-party. We sync timings with the caterer so the evening flows.
Christmas parties
Christmas dinners and parties for companies of any size. It pays to book early: the best venues and artists are taken months in advance.
Brand events
Product presentations, launches, activations and client experiences. We translate the brand's identity into the stage, screen content and graphic design, and look after the social media coverage.
Private celebrations
Milestone birthdays, anniversaries and private parties with professional production: technical, a DJ or live band, decorative lighting and a team that takes care of the details.
Venue search
We suggest venues based on guest numbers, location and the style of the event: clubs, country estates, unique spaces or larger venues. We join you on the visits and negotiate the terms.
Technical
Sound, lighting, LED screens, stage and DJ booth sized for the space, with our own technical kit and trusted suppliers, and technicians on hand throughout the event.
Artists and entertainment
Live artists, DJs, comedians, performers and shows. We handle booking with their agency, the rider and the logistics, so you don't have to deal with anyone else.
Design and communication
Invitations, signage, photocall, passes and social media assets with your company's or event's branding. And, if you need them, photography and video to tell the story afterwards.
How we work
One point of contact, no loose ends
Organising a private event usually means dealing with the venue, the caterer, the technicians, the artists, the decorator and the photographer, each with their own schedules and terms. With us you have one person who coordinates everyone and answers for the whole. We work with the discretion private and corporate events call for: your guests' details and the specifics of the event stay with us. We give you an itemised budget with no hidden extras and fine-tune it with you until it fits. And on the day we don't improvise: there is a running order, build and soundcheck times, a production manager reachable at all times and a plan for anything unexpected.

How we prepare your event
Five steps, from the first conversation to the day after.

First conversation
You tell us what you want to celebrate, how many guests you expect, the date, the area and a reference budget. If you already have a venue, great; if not, we find one with you.

Proposal and budget
We send you a proposal covering the event concept, venue, technical, artists and a budget broken down item by item.

Preparation
We book the venue and suppliers, prepare the running order, floor plans and technical needs, design the graphic materials and do a technical site visit.

Event day
We build, test and run the event to the running order, with a production manager on top of every moment and any last-minute change.

Afterwards
We strike the set, settle with suppliers and deliver the agreed photos and videos so you can share them with your team or your clients.

FAQ
What kinds of private events do you produce?
Company parties, gala dinners, Christmas parties, brand events and launches, anniversaries and private celebrations. If you have something else in mind, tell us and we'll see how to produce it.
Can you help us find a venue?
Yes. We suggest venues based on guest numbers, location, budget and the style of the event, join you on the visits and negotiate the terms with the owner.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
We have no fixed minimum: we adapt the technical approach and the type of venue to the number of guests. Tell us about your plans and we'll tell you what makes sense.
Do you handle catering too?
We coordinate catering with the venue or the company you choose and fit its timings into the running order. If you don't have a caterer, we suggest options.
How far ahead should I get in touch?
For Christmas dinners and parties, ideally start talking in September or October. For anything else, the sooner the better: the most popular venues and artists are booked months ahead.
Can I hire just the technical side or just an artist?
Yes. You can hire us for the full production or just a part: sound and lighting, screens, an artist or DJ, graphic design… We fit around whatever you already have organised.
How do you handle confidentiality?
We treat your company's and your guests' information with discretion and share it only with the suppliers who need it to do their job. If your company requires it, we can put this in writing.
What does the budget look like?
Itemised (venue, technical, artists, staff and production) and agreed before the event. If it needs adjusting, we suggest alternatives for each item.
